Group Policy Management allows organizations to define computer configurations and enforce policies for their users.

1. What is Active Directory Group Policy Management?

Active Directory Group Policy Management is a Microsoft Windows Server and Windows client feature that enables administrators to centrally apply policies to users and computers in an Active Directory environment. The policies are stored in a Group Policy Object (GPO) that is stored in Active Directory and are applied to computers and users when they log on. The policies can be applied during the logon process, during a user’s session, or at a scheduled time.
